The hotel had a convenient location, close to the main attractions of the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about local activities. The swimming pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations as the building looked aged and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard, and they were not cleaned during our stay.

Food was good and cheap. You can eat all day. Size of family room good although smaller than advertize (approximately 25 SQ. Meters). Tile floor.

Bathroom was average. No tub. Floor couild be cleaned with water.

Booked standard double room, that included a mini bar, a work desk and a TV. It was tidy, and employees were pretty friendly and pleasant. The location was marvellous and lovely, steps away from Dong Tong Market.

The pool was a highlight of our stay at Apex. It was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Koh Kong. We also enjoyed the comfortable and clean room. Despite the small hiccup with the bathroom light not working, the overall cleanliness was impressive. The staff, especially a polite and friendly receptionist, were helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was quiet and convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Koh Kong.

When we arrived they told us they did not have the room we booked but 2 single beds instead. Hotel staff helped us book a taxi at an almost 50% commission to themselves. Kind of annoying.

The hotel showed its age and was not maintained to a high standard. the presence of mosquitoes was particularly irritating, and the water had an unpleasant brown color that was not appealing.

Perfect place and big room. Lots of fab options for meal. Location - unbeatable, really close to the " jungle " as well as the riverfront. Also, easy to get to shops.
